Theo’s Hotel

The Theo Hotel was built in 1990 to a good specification. It stands in a lovely position on the side of a hill with olive groves at the rear and an agricultural valley in front. Set back behind the terraced gardens the elevated position gives lovely views to the hills across the green valley. The distance from the Beach is about 800 metres along a tarmac road with steady slight gradient. It takes about 10-15 mins walking along a country road.

Agios Georgios (North) is a pleasant, quiet resort in a beautiful bay surrounded by olive grove covered hills in the lovely Greek island of Corfu. Nearby resorts are Arillas and San Stefanos. Some guests say ours is one of the friendliest hotels in Corfu. We aim to keep it like that.

Our modern hotel is one of several hotels situated in the lovely peaceful resort of Agios Georgios North, famous for its beautiful sweeping golden sandy beach. For many years we have many regular guests who return year after year to recharge their batteries at ‘Theo’s Hotel’.

Situated in a delightful bay Agios Georgios (North) is reached via a winding road through wooded hills.The long sandy beach between the high rocky headlands on either side is one of the best in Corfu. A quiet resort, Agios Georgios suits families with young children, couples and individuals of all ages who enjoy restful holidays in beautiful countryside, while at the same time providing endless fun for the kids on the beach or around the few hotel pools. There are tavernas and restaurants throughout the resort.

The slightly sloping beach of golden sand provides plenty of space for soaking up the sun in between cooling off dips in the invitingly clear water. For your convenience there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas at reasonable prices, while for a bit of exercise there are pedalos, motor boats, sailing boats and canoes for hire by the hour.

Young and old will enjoy the water sports available during peak holiday times. Try out Paragliding, Water Ski-ing, Wind Surfing, Jet- Skis, Scuba Diving etc. There is a good choice of tavernas and supermarket type shops at several places along the beachside road.
