The villa interior is 100 sqm and the exterior ample area is 4.000 sqm, where you can enjoy the gardens, vineyard, cypresses, orange and lemon trees.
In case you don’t feel comfortable driving a boat yourself, transfers by speedboat can be arranged at prior notice or you can take the regular boats during the day. 2 kayaks are also at your disposal to discover the island with it’s stunningly beautiful sandy beaches.
