Villa Christina is a large family villa that is nestled amongst the sloping olive groves above Kaminaki village. Villa Christina is both peaceful and private and offers wide sweeping views of the sea and beyond from every possible window and terrace. The villa itself is on two floors with ample space for quality family time or a large group of friends reunited.
All four bedrooms are on this level each with air conditioning, en suite bath or shower room, and access to a balcony or terrace with sea views. The top floor is accessed by a wide open staircase and features large comfortable sofas in front of an open fire place and a beautiful wooden table at center stage inviting to be used.
Large sliding glass doors lead out onto a semi-covered terrace with a brick build in barbeque and outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation. A twelve metre swimming pool forms the focal point in the garden, with sun loungers, large sun umbrellas and a pretty poolside pergola all of which can be accessed by the ground and first floor alike.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and are on the ground floor level of villa Christina. Villa Christina has a family size kitchen with all modern facilities and a large breakfast table. It features a double sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle and all cooking utensils. It features private parking, air-condition in the bedrooms, ceiling fan in the open plan living area and in the outdoor dining space, Wi-Fi, JBL docking speaker, dishwasher and washing machine, safe box, TV, DVD player, iron, hairdryer, built-in barbeque, fireplace and swimming pool.
The house is just 250 metres up a fairly steep hill from Kaminaki village and waterfront. Definitely walkable but car hire is recommended during your stay at Villa Christina. The villa’s private car park is large enough for two cars.
